Homemade Soaps for Sale

Silverdale, Washington 98383

To Wholesalers: Sorry... retail sales only... I'm not accepting wholesale inquiries at this time. Thank you! :-)

Soap Requests from NIGERIA: I've been bombarded by requests to ship to Nigeria on credit card. I will no longer reply to those many requests. I do not ship to Nigeria and I am not set up to accept credit card transactions.

[Fresh Cut Soaps]

Newly cut soaps. At the suggestion of a friend, I decided to sell them with the bumpy tops untrimmed...

It will give you a little more soap for the money. :-)

NOTE: I'll be away from the computer from May 20th - 27th. Orders received during that time will be filled in the order in which they were received.

Available soaps will change constantly as I make different batches and sell out on others. I will probably not have set "lines" of soap like a regular business (although some varieties will remain fairly constant if they are popular)... this is a part time operation and I'm still a hobbyist at heart. The page was posted to help others make soap and expanded because you all had so much interest in the subject... soap selling is an offshoot of that.

When you've decided what you'd like to order, just email me at CLICK HERE.

POSTAL NEWS FLASH! - While it lasts I can offer Flat Rate Priority Mail ... Anything you can stuff into one of those cardboard envelopes that's less than 4 pounds can be sent for $4.60... to ALL ZONES (Rate increased on 14 May 2007]. This will be great for my customers in higher zones who want a cheaper shipping option and are ordering in smaller quantities. I can ship anywhere from 4 to 8 soaps in one of those if I reinforce it with tape! :-) I bag each bar of soap so if the outer envelope gets wet the soaps should still be just fine on your end. Orders of 4 to 8 bars will automatically be sent this way unless you specify that you want to pay more to have it mailed in a box.

For orders that are 10 or more bars, I now have a wonderful option of Flat Rate BOX. Whatever I can fit into one of two box sizes can be mailed anywhere in the U.S. for $8.95 postage cost (Rate increased on 14 May 2007). This is a much better value, however, if you are ordering more than ten soaps.

AOL Users: If you place a soap order from me and don't receive a reply, it is likely because your AOL account has a filter or block that refuses my messages. Please be sure to add my order email address to your "accept" list before you place your order so that my response can get through. Thanks! :-)

Bar Soaps for Sale (Vegetable Based):

Alicia's Facial Soap

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: shea butter, Dead Sea mud, tea tree and peppermint essential oils, fragrance oil.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $4.75 each

This is a bit of a departure from my usual and due to some of the special ingredients, it costs a little more. There is a story behind this. Alicia is a friend of one of my daughters, but is more like family since she lived with us for awhile and has been a part of our lives since she was a toddler. I'd given her a slice of a Dead Sea mud soap that a friend had made and she was so impressed with how nice it was on her skin she wanted to be able to get more when that one ran out. She's very fussy about her skin care products, so that got my attention. This is an economy version of the super expensive soap that my friend made! ;-) The addition of tea tree oil and Dead Sea mud should be great for your complexion. The scent is cool and refreshing.
[Alicia's Facial Soap]

Applejack & Peel (1 bar left)

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil, dried orange peel, titanium dioxide, cinnamon powder, wax color.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

A copy of the well known Claire Burke fragrance. Boy... I just can't get enough of this scent! YUMMY! It's like the best mulled cider you've ever smelled and then some... rich and complex. Makes you keep wanting to come back to sniff it again. :-)

[Applejack & Peel Soap]

Cedarwood-Mint (4 bars left)

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil, peppermint essential oil, titanium dioxide, dill weed.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

My goodness! I can't say enough about how pleasing and soothing this combination is to my nose! :-) What a refreshing blend of peppermint, cedarwood and a touch of sagebrush...not sweet and not harsh. If you are like me, you'll sigh each time you take in what feels like a big breath of fresh air!
[Cedarwood-Mint Soap]

Citrus-Balsam (5 bars left)

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

This citrusy Christmas blend is enhanced with notes of balsam fir. Soft to mid-range in intensity to my nose... nothing in here will remind you in the least of pinesol! Instead it will be a warm rendition of fresh, evergreen outdoor air. Lovely for both sexes!
[Citrus-Balsam Soap]

Cool Hand Cuke NEW!

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil, peppermint essential oil, wax color.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

Cucumber scent with a hint of mint and a breath of bergamot. I was trying to think of a name that would describe "cool" with cucumber and ended up with this one. It was only afterward I realized the batch of soap was made on Paul Newman's birthday! (I heard the date mentioned on TV.) All the more fitting, I suppose. :-)
[Cucumber-Mint Soap]

Earthy Lavender (Milk Soap) NEW!

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, olive, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: evaporated goat's milk, lavender and vanilla fragrance oils, patchouli essential oil.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

This is my "flower child" soap and it seems to be quite popular! :-) Anyone who loves incense or patchouli will probably wax poetic over the fragrance, which is a combination of lavender, vanilla and patchouli that leaves the scent of patchouli on the skin after bathing. This fragrance definitely has a following. I had a gal want this bar and she had just stated how much she hated lavender... it really is a great marriage of scents where no one of the three dominates the blend. :-) The addition of goat's milk makes the lather especially creamy and soothing.
[Earthy Lavender Soap]

Frankincense & Myrrh NEW!

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

I make this for the holidays, but there are folks that enjoy it's clean, resinous scent in any season. This frankincense and myrrh scent has been enhanced with touches of vanilla and amber... earthy, exotic and soothing! (This year's F&M has a slightly "smokey" note to it, compared to some I've done in the past.)
[Frankincense & Myrrh Soap]

Green Clover & Aloe (3 bars left)

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil, chromium oxide green, ultramarines violet, pink and blue.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

Lavender shades with green always make a fetching combination. I've shown three bars of the current batch to give you an idea of the variations of the swirling from one bar to the next, although the color looks more purple in person than blue. The scent is a copy of a Bath and Body Works fragrance. It's fresh, sweet and clean! :-)

[Green Clover & Aloe Soaps]

Herbal Classic (5 bars left)

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil, wax color.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

Remember the classic "Herbal Essence" shampoo smell? This be it! :-) Love this scent even now!

[Herbal Classic Soap]

Juniper Breeze NEW!

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil, titanium dioxide, seafoam and blue ultramarines.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

Ever since I received some hand lotion in this fragrance years ago, I've wished to make a batch of soap with it. The problem was finding a good supplier for the scent. This is another ever popular blend that originated with Bath and Body Works and now I have to figure out how to describe it for those who have not had the pleasure! I'd call it a soft, clean, refreshing scent that is on the "cool side." It's certainly not what my nose has learned to associate with juniper in the garden! (Who let the cat in?) This is a scent that both male and female can enjoy!
[Juniper Breeze]

Licorice (Anise)

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: essential oil, fragrance oil, black oxide.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

A nice anise/licorice scent without being too heavy. For the outdoorsman in your family... this is touted to mask human scent and for those who want a soap that will remove odors from clothing items... this fills the bill (see the soap testimonial page). Anise seems to be one of those love-hate scents... like patchouli. I either have people going into ecstasy over this soap immediately, or recoiling from it. The ones who love it always ask if I'm going to have it for the holidays! :-) The scent is much like "Good and Plenty" candies.
[Licorice Soap]

Lilac NEW!

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil, violet ultramarine, titanium dioxide, blue and pink ultramarines.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

The scent of lilacs never goes out of style. This is about as close to the real thing as you can get. The color of the current batch is a bit softer than the shade shown at right.
[Lilac Soap]

Mandarin-Coriander NEW!

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil, dried orange peel, titanium dioxide.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

Someone shared a bar of this scent and I had to have some for my own! ;-) I've sweetened the original slightly by spiking it with another fragrance I had here... the effect is spritely, not too heavy or sweet. A refreshing bar for the kitchen or bath and a personal favorite.
[Mandarin-Coriander Soap]

Northwest Blackberry (6 bars left)

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil, red sandalwood powder, burgundy oxide.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

Blackberry fragrance has a broad appeal., men and women alike... young or old. I never get tired of smelling this fragrance... <insert euphoric sigh> It is a blend of my old favorite with one from a different supplier and becomes the best of both. :-) [The color is brighter and less muted than the image to the right.]
[Northwest Blackberry Soap]

Plum-Rose (4 bars left)

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil, burgundy and pink oxides.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

I've been trying to match a particular scent combination ever since my eldest daughter made me aware of it. This is the closest I've come and I'm pleased with this batch. The blend is plum, rose and a touch of grapefruit. Sounds like an odd combination... but it's complex, rich and stimulating.

[Sugar Plumberry Soap]

Satsuma-Guava NEW!

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil, titanium dioxide, wax color.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

This Satsuma blend will knock your socks off! It has become the new favorite of quite a few of the young adults in my life. The current batch is a softer shade of orange than the image shown at right.
[Satsuma-Guava Soap]

Spicy Apple Pie (2 bars left)

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil, powdered cinnamon, powdered cloves.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

Mmmm.... a warm and aromatic blend of spicy apple and an extra hit of clove. This is such a great smell that you'll keep wanting to sniff it over and over. A good choice for the man in your life (But I like it too, she says in her best Irish accent). All the joy of apple pie without the calories. :-) [This image looks a bit darker than the actual soap.] I've had a great response with this soap so far... don't miss out!
[Spicy Apple Pie]

Sugar Plumberry NEW!

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil, FD&C color.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

As if the plum fragrance was not good enough alone, this is blended with a hit of sweet raspberry and the results are nothing short of mouth watering! Treat yourself to this wonderful cozy and yummy scent. I'm especially pleased to get a plummy color in this batch... one has to fight the color of the fragrance.

[Sugar Plumberry Soap]

Vanilla NEW!

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil, titanium dioxide.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

For those wanting a straight vanilla bar... here it is!
[Vanilla-Mint Soap]

White Lily NEW!

Ingredients: saponified olive, coconut, palm and cocoa butter oils. Also: fragrance oil, titanium dioxide.
Approximately 4 ounces/ $3.75 each (Mix & Match)

I'm really excited about this scent... it's light, sweet and elusive. Madonna lily was the closest thing I could compare it to... unlike most other lilies, they have a scent you just can't get enough of... the same way I feel about Freesia. If you don't like strong or heavy florals... you will LOVE this! What is particularly amazing is how this scent just gets better and better in the soap... as light and exquisite as it is... it endures. :-)
